About the Association
The Independent Association of Hypnotherapists brings together specialists who work with hypnosis and oversees the quality of their work.
Why we exist
The goal of the Association is to create the most favourable conditions for the work of its members, to coordinate their work, to protect their rights, to represent the common interests of members in state, non-state and international institutions and organisations and in federal, regional and local authorities, and to make the work of hypnotherapists in providing psychological help to people more effective.

What the association does
Representing and protecting the interests of members of the Association before local, federal and regional authorities
Coordinating the work of members and their cooperation in the development of hypnosis
Agreeing, when necessary or at the request of any member, on mutual interests and developing recommendations in the most important areas where hypnosis is applied
Developing strategy and tactics, and planning and carrying out practical measures to support and improve the professional and scientific work of members and the social protection of their rights and interests
Bringing advanced hypnosis techniques, information on new methods and findings in the study of hypnosis and good working practice into use, to raise the quality of psychological help to people
Developing international links in the field of hypnosis and cooperating with international associations of hypnotherapists
Overseeing the quality of hypnotherapists' work
Supporting the training, education, continuing professional development and retraining of hypnotherapists
Informing the press, radio and television about current issues in the work of hypnotherapists
Promoting and spreading knowledge about hypnosis among the public
How the association is run
Documents
The association is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. It was entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) on 16.03.2023.

Независимая ассоциация гипнологов
In Russia the association is registered as Независимая ассоциация гипнологов (Nezavisimaya Assotsiatsiya Gipnologov), OGRN 1235000031177. Its English name is the Independent Association of Hypnotherapists, IAH for short.
